My wife and I recently purchased a new home in Palm Harbor. We assumed we were in good shape with the AC since it was only 2 years old and a high quality unit. When our 220 main breaker went out, and all of our 220 mechanical equipment was running on 110, we found out otherwise. The air handlers circuit board was fried. I called PH Heating and Air and Todd was there right away on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, the part supplier was closed due to the off season. The whole time, Todd explaining all of this to me. He even asked me if I would like to come up in the attic with him so could show me the problem. The entire time he was working, we were conversating and discussing the issues that lead to this problem, while he was confidently and proficiently doing his job. The part was in stock Monday morning as he said. He came back first thing in the morning and got the unit running. His professionalism and ability to get the job done was far better than I expected. I will be sure to recommend PH Heating and Air to friends and family in the future and they will be my first call if I ever have any other issues with my unit.
