Jim T Posted on Dec 12th, 2017	When your AC is only a yr younger than your tech (27 v. 28) it may be time to replace it. This, despite the unit has been serviced 2 times a yr for at least the past 17 yrs. The tie-breaker was two-fold. The house is for sale and Gen-X'ers want everything new and the unit required a couple of lbs or more of R22 at a cost somewhere close to the national debt. So why PH H@AC? Because a little over a yr ago, I had its younger bro or sis replaced when salt-air ate the fan blades into dust. And that (and only that) was why your tech came back - annual ck-up. Once the house is sold, I will be moving locally and so will keep PH H@AC in mind in case... Just in case!

They showed efficiency and knowledge and were very polite - even the dogs liked them (for the most part) I can and will recommend Palm Harbor Heating and Air to anyone based on their great service but I also want to say that Justine and Mike S****** were also kind and showed patience and good spirit as I asked many questions . I have experienced other companies in the past and have had buyer's remorse -this was the best by far - thank you for Emery and Matt.

It took us several attempts to get all the drips stopped but they never gave up and came back until we were 100% dry. I truly appreciate their professionalism and their commitment to insuring I was happy with the results.
Jarod C. Posted on Oct 13th, 2015	My wife and I recently purchased a new home in Palm Harbor. We assumed we were in good shape with the AC since it was only 2 years old and a high quality unit. When our 220 main breaker went out, and all of our 220 mechanical equipment was running on 110, we found out otherwise. The air handlers circuit board was fried. I called PH Heating and Air and Todd was there right away on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, the part supplier was closed due to the off season. The whole time, Todd explaining all of this to me. He even asked me if I would like to come up in the attic with him so could show me the problem. The entire time he was working, we were conversating and discussing the issues that lead to this problem, while he was confidently and proficiently doing his job. The part was in stock Monday morning as he said. He came back first thing in the morning and got the unit running. His professionalism and ability to get the job done was far better than I expected. I will be sure to recommend PH Heating and Air to friends and family in the future and they will be my first call if I ever have any other issues with my unit.
